The mission of the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame Foundation is to recognize those veterans who have served in the United States military with honor and distinction, and who have dedicated themselves to serving society both through their everyday work and through their humanitarian community service. The mission of the Foundation also includes its duty to inform the public of the need to recognize and support our nation's military veterans in keeping with the American tradition of preserving our country's heritage of freedom.

The Foundation is tasked with promoting and supporting the Hall of Fame, but please note that we do not make the selections of
honorees each year - that task is performed by an Executive Committee formed by the Ohio Department of Veterans Services.
